Seagrass & Champagne- Pastel Dream Wedding
A GORGEOUS WEDDING FEATURED IN THE BEAUTY OF THE BARRIE COUNTRY CLUB, BOASTING SEAGRASS & CHAMPAGNE COLORS THROUGHOUT. WHAT AN INCREDIBLE DAY, FILLED WITH SO MANY EMOTIONS, TEARY EYES AND SMILES.
Having known Samantha since public school, her wedding day was incredibly close to my heart. I may have spent a little to much time on it, but it was difficult to distance myself from the beauty their day was full of.
I started off the day a little earlier then most, reaching out to them both to see if their were any last minute tasks to be done. I find more often then not, on your big day, sometimes the smallest ( or biggest ) of things can be overlooked among the chaos. Although it is not my job, I love to be of help in anyway I can. In the end this certainly lessens the stress, and allows for more enjoyment on your big day.

Quickly bolting to their home I retrieved their wedding favors, and documentation, flooring it back to the venue to have them there in time. From there we decided to do an improptu photo booth arrangement within the venue for the guests. Now this is not something I normally do, so I had to get creative to say the least.
I hopped back in my car to the back roads, scanned the edges to find some beautifully hung bridal wreath plants growing wild. I took a ton of snips, packed up my backdrop stand, and flew back to the venue. With a little tule, some champagne netting I found, and a ton of twine, I whipped this thing up to go along with their theme. Not to shabby if I do say so myself.
We began with getting ready photos within Samantha & Lances home, and from there I returned to the venue to capture some intimate and candid shots of her Husband to be ( Lance) among family and friends awaiting her arrival.
Walked down the aisle by her big brother, Samantha arrived to an already teary eyed crowd. They said their vows with many tissues among the on lookers, ( Myself INCLUDED), but managed to get through the ceremony!
I had an absolutely incredible time on their special day, from recreating their first date with a back shed Bonfire, to the ridiculously given speeches and roars of laughter.
Congratulations, with all of my heart, to Mr & Mrs Boddington!
